Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the order will be processed, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at info.shopthetrend@gmail.com or visit our website at www.shopthetrend.in.  Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will process the refund.
  • Refund Method: Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • You can return items within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return

  • To start a return, contact our customer support team at info.shopthetrend@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Return Shipping Cost

  • We will cover all return shipping costs, so you won’t need to pay for the return.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. If product is used or worn or washed and with no original tags and packing, refund will not be initiated. 
  • Once product is verified refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is processed. If payment is made via COD we will contact you for Account Details for Transfer. 

Additional Information

  • Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items are not in original condition.
